I bought this netbook for Europe on a wing next trip. Why carry around eight pounds my pet dinosaur (this is on its last legs anyway) when I wear something a lot easier? This is my first netbook, so my experience with other netbooks is very limited. I mean, I'm not a stranger, take both, so that, for what it's worth.

First thought: Wow, order the installation of HP is annoying. I could probably be operated manually in half the time. I think it's useful for n00bs. At least there is one and done.

ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-VU1X-BK 10.1 "has great size and can be good for web browsing and watching streaming video in restaurants and read e-mail. 10" Netbook, IMO, is better suited for those who typically consume web content, and do not often use the keyboard. I bought me use a rest when I travel, that only a few times a year. I took the Net-book for a year and found it frustrating to get any job with a small keyboard,and poor performance on the trackpad. My Net-book just sitting on my shelf closed, so I sold.
